1. Who we are

2. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it — normally when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. If we can't accept an order we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.

3. Products & descriptions

We try to describe our products accurately, including specifications, images and variants. Images are illustrative and colours may vary by screen. Where a product is unavailable or a price or detail is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated and include or exclude tax as stated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time before you place an order.

5. Orders & acceptance

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a product is unavailable. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping & delivery

Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellation

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. UK and EU consumers may also have a statutory right to cancel; where our policy is more generous, the more generous term applies.

8. Faulty goods & liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, graphics and data — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party marks and data (for example tournament results and rankings) belong to their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in a way that breaches applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting consumer rights to bring proceedings where they live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
